Sous Chef


We are seeking a creative, passionate, motivated individual to join our small but busy Kismet kitchen team though our busy season (June-September). We take pride in dishing up delicious quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and providing excellent customer service both on-site and at private catering events. We also have a lot of fun in doing so. 

You will work as part of a small team that is energetic and enthusiastic but willing to go above and beyond our customers’ expectations to ensure that all customers enjoy a world class experience. Whilst at work, you are an ambassador for our friendly and professional service.


  • A kismet cabana role requires a well presented candidate with friendly, approachable attitude who can show confidence when welcoming customers to the cabana.

  • You must be able to work alone or as part of a team in a size restricted area.

  • The ability to take instruction is a vital skill within the public catering operation to ensure service runs successfully.

  • A good command of spoken and written English is essential to be able to communicate and interact with customers and colleagues effectively.

  • We require candidates who are passionate about food and customer service, strive to go the extra mile but can also improvise in difficult situation.  Experience in this kind of environment is essential as it can be extremely busy and all food is cooked to order.


This position is seasonal June-September, 42 hours minimum per week with 2 days holiday per calander month.
